Magnificent fort - hotel of the XIX century searches for the new owner


The solitude and calmness are searched by people when they choose a place for dwelling. However there are only a few secluded nooks on the Earth and they belong to men of means. That is why own island is included in the list of the most popular lifestyle-trends of billionaires.
Such excellent variant can be the magnificent fort - hotel recently put up for sale in one and a half kilometers from Portsmouth.
No Man Land’s Fort is the artificial island created in XIX century (between 1861 and 1880) for protection of British coast against the Frenchmen. Originally 80 English soldiers lived there, but after a century this fort has changed hands for Shaid Luqman who has turned it into the magnificent hotel.
Today hotel No Man Land’s Fort in the North Sea consists of twenty one smart apartments, two restaurants, five bars, two helipads and huge indoor pool with heating.
Representatives of KPMG, which is at the sale, are sure, that the Fort will cause huge interest at potential buyers, and set the initial price at a level about eight millions dollars.
