In the nearest future hotel Apeiron with the declared category in 7 stars, which will cost for the investors about 500 million dollars, will appear in one small island of an elite resort. In design pictures the building of the hotel reminds the huge fountain growing from the ground. The general area of this unusual construction is 2 152 782,08 sq. ft, height - 606,96 ft, and amount of rooms is equated to 350. This futuristic hotel will offer own lagoon, beaches, restaurants, cinemas, shopping centers, spa, conference halls and even art gallery.
For the design of one more unique hotel named Waterworld which is planned to be constructed in the Chinese city of Suntsian, the group of architects engaged in its development, has received the first prize at the last year’s international design competition. The one who will get in Waterworld will find himself as if in a fairy tale. There will be underwater public zones, rooms for visitors, cafe and restaurants, and also huge magnificent pool-lake. And due to the unusual location of a hotel (direct on a precipice), extreme sports, such as rock-climbing, will be offered.
Another surprising project has been submitted by Igor Pasternak from Worldwide Aeros Corporation. His original idea is a hotel hanging in air. Aerocraft Hotel will be constructed as a 400-ton dirigible balloon onboard which tourists will find the most magnificent accommodation and unique feeling of being in air at the height of 1,49 mi. The flying hotel can contain 250 passengers, and the maximal speed of flight will be about 173,98 mph. In such hotel travelers will be able to fly up to 5 965,16 mi. Except for rooms, in Aerocraft will be a casino and a restaurant complex.
