World`s most expensive private island

Currently the most expensive private island Musha Cay in the Bahamas, as it was informed was sold for around 50 million US dollars to well-known illusionist David Copperfield. This sale also involved some surrounded islands in the Exumas.
A month ago Forbes published their list of the world’s most expensive islands, with an island in Fiji known as Vatu Vara at the top, price of $75 million. Though there has been some concern whether it is a good object for buying property since the military coup d’etat in 2006.
$75 million is rather decent round sum, but there is one another that tops this cost, it listed for $95 million US, Isla Oscura near the northern coast of Brazil. The large area of 38,000 undeveloped acres, except for an abandoned coffee plantation, white sand beaches, beautiful forests and black shale cliffs-. Previously the island was sold for around $40 million, but that was before the discovery of an emerald deposit, and statement of geo-surveyors that the island could be a profitable emerald mining venture.
