Forbes: the richest clubs and the most highly paid football players
Forbes has published ratings of the richest clubs of the world and the most highly paid football players of a planet.
English Manchester United, according to researches of American magazine Forbes, remains the most expensive football club in the world.
Cost of Manchester has been appreciated by Forbes experts in 1,453 billion dollars in annually published rating. The sum was determined taking into account team incomes for 2005-2006 and commercial value of shares and stadiums of the club.
The second position of a rating in comparison with the last year kept the Madrid Real (1,036 billion dollars). Third place took London Arsenal (915 million dollars) having removed Italian Milan.
In a rating of the most highly paid football players are David Bekhem who gave way to Brazilian player of the Spanish Barcelona Ronaldinho. The salary, sponsor’s contracts and advertising has brought him in 2006 29,5 million dollars. Bekhem for the last year has earned 400 thousand dollars less. The third place has got one more Brazilian - Ronaldo (23,4 million dollars).
