Longchamp celebrates its 60th anniversary
This year the well-known House Longchamp celebrates its 60th anniversary. Naturally, such solemn event simply should be marked by an output of an exclusive line of… handbags.
Having wished to provide rather worthy anniversary collection, the mark has involved in cooperation Belgian artist Jean-Luc Moerman. Known for the original approach to design, namely - registration and drawing of motives on manners of a tattoo, Moerman has offered the creative sight at legendary model «LM». Appeared 30 years ago and opened a series of the first ladies’ bags, «LM» comes back. The anniversary collection is represented with 60 different versions of this model, where the executed manually motives give originality on which House Longchamp wanted to create in this line.
Occurrence of a collection is expected on sale in the end of August in the largest boutiques of the trade mark. The price of anniversary model makes 4000 euros.
And in the middle of August we may expect for 6-th advertising campaign of Longchamp with participation incomparable Kate Moss, who will this time represent collection together with French actor Gaspard Ulliel.
