Warren Buffet - World’s Richest Man


The American financier Warren Buffet has headed the list of the richest people of the world published by Forbes. His fortune for a year has grown by 17% and is estimated in 62 billion dollars. Microsoft’s head Bill Gates, with his 58 billion dollars, has given in the first place for the first time for 13 years.
The second place has got Mexican media-magnate Carlos Slim, whose fortune is estimated in 60 billion dollars and has grown for a year by 11 billion.

In total there are listed 1125 billionaires, 189 people more, than in the past year. Their total fortune has grown from 3,5 billion dollars up to 4,4 billion. The first place by amount of billionaires has the USA – 469 rich men. The second place has Russia with 87 billionaires, 74 from whom live in Moscow.

Four from these 87 multi-millionaires are among the twenty of the world’s richest people: Oleg Deripaska with 28 billion dollars, Roman Abramovich, whose fortune makes 23,5 billion dollars, Alexey Mordashovy (21,2 billion) and Michael Fridman (20,8 billion).
