The most expensive egg-dish

Have you ever seen a bill in a restaurant and asked yourself “was it worth it? Well, depending on your culinary tastes, welfare, you may or may not find yourself asking this very question dining at Norma’s at Le Parker Meridien hotel in New York City.
The restaurant at Le Parker Meridien is remarcable by offering the world’s most expensive omelet, or as they call it, “The Zillion Dollar Frittata. This nonsensically expensive breakfast item consists of a mixture of eggs, lobster and 10 ounces of caviar (which costs the restaurant $65 per ounce) and here you have a charge of $1000 on your bill.
For those who want a taste of the expensive omelet but prefer to not eat their money, there is more available version for $100.
The Norma’s chief manager was quoted saying about the most expensive omelet, “Since we knew it was going to be a very expensive dish, we decided to have some fun with it. It’s not just a trick, though, it tastes good.
