The most expensive streets of the world


The most expensive streets in the world are the Fifth Avenue in New York, Kosuej Bay in Hong Kong and Les Champs-Elysees in Paris.

According to the consulting agency Cushman&Wakefield, the square meter of a trading area in these streets is to tenants the most expensive. The square meter on the Fifth Avenue costs 17,5 thousand dollars per one year.

The main Moscow street - Tverskaja - has also entered this list, though with more modest prices - 3250 dollars per meter.
