The third East-European billionaire is Victor Pinchuk, son-in-law of the former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, president of investment-scientific group Interpipe and Maecenas. His fortune Forbes estimates in $2,8 billions.

The richest person of Poland is Michal Solowow, whose actives make $2,3 billions, he has taken the fourth position of a rating.

The fifth place also has got the Pole - Leszek Czarnecki, the owner of two-milliards and the owner of the financial conglomerate, which unites bank, insurance and leasing actives.

Ukrainians Vitaliy Hayduk and Serhiy Taruta, whose funds are estimated in $2 billions, have taken the sixth and seventh lines of a rating.
