The finest brilliant in the world will be put up for auction for $15 millions

Brilliants are inclined to change owners frequently, but sale of a jewel becomes loud news only when the jewelry is worth that. Representatives of the auction house Sotheby’s have declared such very event.

One of the biggest and, undoubtedly, the finest in the world of brilliants will be put up for Sotheby’s under the name Magnificent Jewels. The tenders will start on November, 14 in Geneva. Having weight in 84 carats, this giant, according to experts, may be sold for 15 millions dollars, in many respects due to its brilliant characteristics.

The jewel has no name yet, so the happy buyer will have nice opportunity to name a brilliant. This brilliant has received the best responses of experts which evaluated it. They have named the gem “colorless, faultlessly pure, excellently polished and symmetric”.
