The 26-years old woman became the richest person of China
26-years old woman-developer Yang Huiyan has headed in October, 2007 the list of the richest people of China.
Her fortune is estimated by Forbes in 16 billion dollars. Yang Huiyan became one of more than a dozen of developers who were included in the list of the richest Chinese businessmen, informs AFP.
Besides Yang Huiyan is recognized as the richest woman in the Asian countries. In April of the current year, according to Forbes’ information, she has already been recognized as the richest businesswoman in China after building company Country Garden Holdings belonging to her father has carried out IPO.
Forbes informs that joint fortune of 40 richest people of China has become for a year three times as much and reached 120 billion dollars. All of them are billionaires, while one year ago only 15 of them were as such.
In 2006 the richest man of China was the Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, whose fortune has reached 22 billion dollars after expansion of his concern Hutchison Whampoa in the country.
