Russian multimillionaire buys the most expensive mansion in the world.


Russian multimillionaire Abramovich plans to purchase the most expensive mansion in the world, which belonged to the ruined himself Turkish businessman Khalisu Topraku. Abramovich had already purchased the London mansion of Topraka, paying for him, according to different information, from 93 to 98 million dollars.
Now the nearest plans of the well-known football team owner make the purchase of the luxurious Istanbul mansion of Topraka. A house, known as the “Palace of Leo”, is estimated in 150 million dollars.
If Abramovich pays this sum, “Palace of Leo” will take the first place in rating of dwellings, sold for record amount to the new proprietor.
It is unknown yet, whether there the mansion will be sold for debts. Even if the businessman does not want to lose it, Abramovich plans to purchase other mansion in Bosporus area, Erbil’dzhina, worth of about 100 million dollars. This building is on a fifth place among the most expensive real estate in the world.
